My experience at this car dealership was top notch thanks to Abdul. I drove all the way from PA to make my purchase. He let me test drive the car for as long as I needed to make me feel comfortable with my decision. His customer service was excellent, and they were incredibly patient with me, despite my indecisiveness as a buyer. They went above and beyond to work with me on the price. They didn’t add any unnecessary hidden fees, they kept it real, and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. When I actually made the decision to make the purchase the process took less than 10 minutes. We got all the paperwork done quickly. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you're looking for outstanding customer service and a great selection of vehicles. I will definitely be back to buy again in the future.

I contacted this dealership about a car I found on Cars.com and had the pleasure of working with Ali. He was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The vehicle was exactly as advertised—no surprises or hidden fees. Ali was honest, transparent, and fair from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership!

Ali and Naji were a pleasure to deal with. I drove and hour and a half to see the ram 1500 that I bought and they were more than helpful. They allowed me all the time I wanted to look the truck over, test drive and enjoy. No pressure throughout the experience. I also want to praise them for directing a customer away from the truck when I arrived stating "this man is here to purchase this truck and has drove a distance to work with us. We have other trucks in our inventory that we'll be happy to show you or if he doesn't buy it, we'll contact you." You hear of car lots putting customers against each other and seizing the opportunity when two parties are interested but this wasn't the case at Premier Auto Group. I also commend them for being willing to negotiate with me and have a situation walking away with a fair deal for both myself and their dealership. I would definitely work with them again. I seen a few negative reviews and was skeptical but my experience was 5 stars. I would definitely buy from them again. They also were quick to refund fees that weren't required in my state and mailed the title quickly with a tracked envelope. Great people.

best car buying experience ever! Abdul was extremely helpful and nice. after i test drove and decided i wanted to buy, it took less than 20 minutes to finalize everything. i definitely highly recommend Premier Auto Group NJ to all my family and friends!
